Renovations in Occupied Buildings: Our
team has successfully completed or designed various types
of projects within occupied facilities. This work took
into account the daily operations of the client programs
underway at the time of design and construction. A
concerted effort is dedicated to ensure minimal disruption
to staff and programs at these occupied buildings.
Experience with Tightly Scheduled and Budgeted Projects: Most
of the projects described herein involved tight schedules
and budgets, which were met or augmented as directed by the
client. We are aware of the critical nature of budgets
and schedules and how they affect the facility operations.
Ability to Produce Quality Construction Documents: Our
team has worked together successfully to produce many quality
construction documents for various clients on various projects. All
our drawings are coordinated in-house and are subjected to
a thorough quality assurance program. With all the
engineering disciplines in-house, we have the unique ability
to coordinate our work as it progresses. This eliminates
the potential of errors due to remote consultants. There
will be no finger pointing, the buck stops here. In-house
project managers separate from this project will be called
in to do an in-house plan check and quality assurance review. This
improves the project at many levels, including design completeness,
constructability, budget, and scheduling.
Office Proximity: Our office is conveniently
located in Southern California adjacent to the John Wayne
Orange County Airport. Most of our clients are within
a five-mile radius from us, which adds to our stability and
easy access. We are licensed and work in 38 states
and have experience in managing projects near and far. We
have concurrently managed projects in Hawaii and Illinois,
Arizona and Colorado. Our staff is accustomed to travel
and have found creative ways to increase our on-site efficiency. |
