This establishment was built on the second floor of a nine story building which was part of a mall.  There was parking and retail space below as well as retail and office space on the upper levels.  Detailed coordination with landlord, contractor, and building architect was necessary for the successful outcome of this project.  This venue included a full service kitchen, sports bar, 14 lanes of bowling, billiards, dining, and arcade.
