Major store remodel of first, third
and fourth floors including mechanical,
electrical, lighting and plumbing systems. As-built
documents were not available and extensive
site survey effort was required to complete
the construction documents. Third
floor café and restaurant were included
in this remodel. Low floor to structure
heights created detailed coordination
requirements to fit HVAC, electrical,
plumbing and fire sprinkler systems within
architectural soffits.
